Hardwear By Renee policy:

We are proud of our products and stand by them 100%. If you should ever receive a damaged or
defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement within 7 days of receipt, under the
condition that the product has not been used and is in the same condition/package it came in.
You will not be charged a shipping fee for replacement shipments.

Q: What's the nut on the handbags for?
A: We're nuts about hardware! That's why every Hardwear bag is finished off with our signature
stainless steel nut.

Q: How do I clean my Hardwear bag?
A: Most of the time soap and water with a bit of elbow grease will do the trick. Goo Gone (found
at most stores) is a powerful cleaner too. If you have a really stubborn stain try a marine vinyl
cleaner.

Q: Where are the Hardwear handbags made?
A: All products are handcrafted in the USA. We manufacture out of beautiful Portland, Oregon.

Q: What's your return policy?
A:   All sales are final.  If you received the wrong item or a damaged or defective item please
contact Hardwear within 10 days of receiving your item and we will promptly send you a
replacement item ( after you have returned the wrong/damaged product).  If you received what
you ordered and it is not defective, we cannot accept returns.   You may exchange your item.  
You are responsible for ALL shipping costs.

Q: How much can I fit in a Hardwear handbag?
A: Let's just say, if you cannot snap the handbag together comfortably, you may need to scale
down a bit. The small handbags can fit: wallet, coin purse, cell phone, checkbook, glasses, and
lipstick. The large handbag can fit: wallet, coin purse, cell phone, checkbook, glasses, lipstick, a
water bottle, small book, and a few papers.

Q: What's your exchange policy?
A: Hardwear understands that sometimes people change their minds once they've purchased
something and want to exchange it - we gladly accept exchanges or credit towards a future
Hardwear purchase, no refunds are given. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the work
that you want to exchange. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of
the purchaser. *All items for exchange must be in their original condition with tags attached. Items
with make-up stains, odors (i.e. Cigarette smoke), or other customer damages will also result in
the item being returned to you.

Q: When will I receive my purchase order?
A: Most items are shipped one or two business days after the purchased order date, unless
otherwise stated.   Please understand UPS ground shipping may add up to 8 more business days
before receive your purchase if you live on the east coast. Please call 503-742-9053 or e-mail
info@hardwearbyrenee.com for the status of your order. Have your name, and item purchases
on hand.

Q: Do you sell wholesale to Retail stores?
A: Yes! Please email info@hardwearbyrenee.com to request a wholesale packet. Include your
company, contact name, mailing address, phone number, fax number and website.  All wholesale
information can be faxed  or emailed to your store.

Q: Can I order a custom item?
A: Due to our production schedule, we no longer make custom items. We are happy to hear you
ideas and requests for future designs

Q: What are Hardwear handbags made from?
A: Highway Bags are created from used inner-tube truck tires, recycled water supply lines, and
scrap wood. Runway Bags are created from aircraft cable, high quality marine vinyl, and pine
wood.

Q: How do I clean my Highway Bag
A: Simply use a damp cloth. For greater shine use any standard tire cleaner.
